TEKNOSER Technical Services Ltd. Co. was founded in 1998 for technical substructure management and preventive maintenance of all kinds of buildings and facilities.

TFM Facility Management Ltd. Co. was founded in 1999 in order to execute facility management services like security, housekeeping, landscape, and technical maintenance under the governance of one unit.

Our Group Companies has signed a significant number of first and primary projects. Some of them are as below:

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); We have started to implement by using a special software since 1999. In this way, headquarter in Istanbul is connected online to the projects in other cities.

International Projects; In 2000, Our primary international experience is the project of Podil Plaza Center, 45.000m2 in Kiev, Ukraine following the project of ISR Plaza Center and Apart Hotel, 32.000m2 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Airport Projects; In 2001, we have dealt with technical services outsourcing, which is the first time outsourced in Turkey, of the airports in Bodrum- Milas, Samsun- Çarşamba, Nevsehir-Kapadokya, Bursa-Yenişehir, İstanbul Atatürk (Charter and Cargo Terminals), Çorlu and Konya as a result of the bid of DHMI.

Mobile Service; We have started to serve for bank branches, oil-stations, stores concerning the calls which is named as MMSS Project. (Mobile Maintenance for Small Sites)
